I will then research and provide listings of properties which meet your criteria as well as arrange showings for those which interest you. I will assist and guide you to work through the maze of finding and purchasing your new home. First time buyers are welcome as I like to see their excitement at the purchase of their first home.

For Sellers: What's my home worth?                             For those wanting to sell their property, I will provide market advice, a market evaluation of their home, contracts, colour feature sheets and updates as to what potential buyers say about their property,as well as assist in the negotiations to arrive at a final price when an offer on the property is made. 

Seniors:                                                             As a Senior's Real Estate Specialist, (SRES) I enjoy working with Seniors helping them to make major transitions in their lives
